With over fifteen years of experience leading people and building systems, my work has centered on guiding others to cultivate their own agency, feeling confident, and empowered.
That same purpose drives my work in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP). Confidence is deeply connected to identity and self-expression, and everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own skin. My approach blends artistry, precision, and compassion, ensuring every client receives personalized care in a welcoming.
I bring both a professional background in equity-driven leadership and a commitment to excellence in aesthetic artistry. Whether restoring a natural hairline, camouflaging scars, or enhancing density, my goal is to help you feel like your most authentic self, confident, renewed, and proud of your reflection.

Marvin Furrow is Co-Founder and Master Artist at SMP Ink. He’s been performing scalp micropigmentation for over four years. He puts his creative mind and adventurous spirit into everything he does. Learn more about his experience and why he’s passionate about the work SMP Ink does.
Marvin lives an exciting, high-energy life. His father served as a Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force, which led him to many interesting destinations around the world, internationally and domestically. Coming from a military family, adaptation was instilled in Marvin at a very young age. He learned to integrate with many cultures and people from numerous regions, learning how to communicate with and respect everyone—no matter who they are or where they’re from.

Tyler Bennet, is the co-founder of SMP Ink, master trainer, highly-acclaimed artist, and on Bishop’s SMP pro-team.
Tyler changed careers in 2017 when he decided to do something about his own hair loss, and he learned the art of SMP. With his confidence is restored, it lead him to a new passion to help others regain their confidence. Tyler’s award-winning work is highly recognized, and he is one of the leading scalp micropigmentation artists.
Tyler is a licensed drug and alcohol abuse counselor who previously worked with struggling juveniles in Las Vegas.
